About Us

Captain Buddy Hooper at 54 years old is a lifelong resident of Hatteras Island . A 1971 graduate of NC State, Buddy is the sole owner and operator of the Hatteras Fever II and has been commercial and charter fishing in Hatteras ever since graduating from college.

Captain Buddy Hooper is an avid sportsman enjoying all types of Hunting and shooting sports. He especially enjoys fishing with fellow sportsman from the hunting, shooting and fishing community.
